You will act as the primary point of contact for regional partners, facilitating education sessions, supporting advisory committee formation, and ensuring each region’s workforce platform reflects local needs while aligning with Workinitiatives standards.You will build trusted relationships across metropolitan, regional, and remote Australia, supporting regions from initial education through to platform launch and ongoing engagement.<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">&nbsp;</h3><h1 style="margin-left:0px;">Key Responsibilities</h1><h2 style="margin-left:!important;">Regional Engagement &amp; Education</h2><ul><li>Co-facilitate education sessions and webinars for Local Jobs Coordinators</li><li>Support onboarding and education activities to drive platform understanding and adoption</li><li>Ensure communications maintain a voluntary, community-led approach</li></ul><h2 style="margin-left:!important;">Pilot &amp; Regional Rollout Management</h2><ul><li>Lead discovery calls with regions expressing interest in platform adoption</li><li>Support pilot regions through advisory committee formation and local engagement</li><li>Assist with community launches and early stakeholder engagement</li><li>Capture feedback and insights to inform broader rollout</li></ul><h2 style="margin-left:!important;">Stakeholder Relationship Management</h2><ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with Local Jobs Coordinators nationwide</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between regional partners and internal teams</li><li>Support coordinators in engaging local employers, training providers, and regional stakeholders</li><li>Manage expectations around timelines, platform capability, and support</li></ul><h2 style="margin-left:!important;">Advisory Committee Support</h2><ul><li>Guide regions on advisory committee structure and purpose</li><li>Facilitate early advisory committee discussions and engagement</li><li>Support community ownership, stakeholder representation, and ongoing participation</li></ul><h2 style="margin-left:!important;">Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</h2><ul><li>Track engagement, onboarding progress, and regional adoption</li><li>Gather qualitative feedback from coordinators and stakeholders</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve rollout processes and regional support</li><li>Share insights and recommendations with internal leadership</li></ul><h2>What You'll Bring</h2><ul><li>Experience in partnerships, stakeholder engagement, community programs, or business development</li><li>Strong communication skills with confidence engaging senior and government stakeholders</li><li>Ability to manage multiple regions, relationships, and priorities simultaneously</li><li>Experience working within government, community, or regulated environments (highly regarded)</li><li>A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach</li><li>Comfort working remotely while engaging nationally</li></ul>&nbsp;If you're passionate about building strong partnerships and driving meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
